Princess Umeadi, fondly known as "The Land Professor," is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for GASP Real Estate — a transformative model of property development grounded in four pillars: Green, Affordable, Sustainable, and Profitable living.
As Founder and CEO of Phuerza Empire Construction and Real Estate, she leads a forward-thinking team delivering eco-conscious, high-quality, and client-centered real estate solutions across Nigeria.
Academic & Professional Foundation
Princess holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Resource Management, graduating with a Second Class Upper Division. Her educational background laid the foundation for her bold vision to reshape the built environment by aligning it with nature. With a growing passion for landscape architecture, Princess is constantly driven to design spaces that reflect both function and beauty—integrating trees, gardens, water bodies, and purposeful greenery into urban and rural developments alike.

As the founder of Mr. Paul's Rice (a product of Hogis) and co-founder of Phuerza Empire Construction and Real Estate, he leverages his diverse background to create sustainable solutions in housing and food security while mentoring the next generation of young men.
